If you’re researching Flowhub layoffs, Flowhub reviews, or considering a job at the company, understanding employee sentiment over time can provide valuable context.
Employee reviews don’t always remain online. This page preserves a Glassdoor review that was publicly posted on July 23, 2026, shortly after Flowhub’s most recent round of layoffs, and has since been removed from the platform.
FlowhubReviews.com exists to document and preserve publicly available employee feedback as part of the historical record. According to Glassdoor, reviews are not removed simply because they are negative. Reviews may be removed for a variety of moderation reasons, but Glassdoor does not publicly disclose why any individual review is removed.

Review Title
Use to be a great company, but now they are toast
Pros
Remote (for now). Some people here really care about their job. Hiring has stayed steady during times of uncertainty, especially on the sales team. Somehow there was always a fresh wave of 5-star Glassdoor reviews calling this the “opportunity of a lifetime,” even as the company went through repeated rounds of layoffs starting in July 2025.
Cons
I was once proud to be associated with this company. In the summer of 2025, there was a major shift, and it has gone incredibly downhill since.
Executives and multiple respected managers were let go without any real explanation. All our top sales performers left and are now high performers at competitors, while the current sales team has grown with people who, according to the reviewer, often lacked industry experience.
The reviewer also expressed concerns about leadership transparency, workplace culture, product reliability, and employee morale. They wrote that many employees avoided discussing company issues internally because they believed leadership was monitoring conversations.
The review concludes by describing what the author believed was a significant cultural shift away from a customer-first organization toward a leadership culture they no longer recognized.
Advice to Management
It might be time for leadership to spend less time cultivating the South Florida startup image on Instagram and more time focusing on actually moving the business forward. Or it could be time to just bring in a new leadership team all-together to salvage this once great company.
Why This Flowhub Review Matters
Unlike many workplace reviews that focus on a single event, this review describes what the author believed was a broader decline that began during the summer of 2025 and continued through multiple rounds of layoffs.
The reviewer referenced executive departures, management turnover, sales organization changes, workplace culture, hiring practices, and concerns about product reliability. The review was posted just days after Flowhub’s July 2026 layoffs and later became unavailable on Glassdoor.
Whether these observations accurately reflect the experiences of other employees is unknown. FlowhubReviews.com has not independently verified the reviewer’s claims. This archive exists to preserve historically relevant employee feedback that was once publicly available.
Editorial Note
The statements above are the opinions and allegations of an anonymous former employee. FlowhubReviews.com has not independently verified the factual accuracy of these claims.
This review is archived because it was publicly available during the July 2026 layoff period and later removed from Glassdoor. Readers should consider it alongside other employee reviews, public reporting, company statements, and additional evidence when evaluating Flowhub as an employer.
